Linda Vista Drive Crossing Project
Project Description
The Linda Vista Drive Crossing includes removing and replacing the existing culverts that cross E Linda Vista Drive, just north of N Paradise Road. The City will also be removing and replacing sections of water and sewer mains within the roadway.
Reduced Water Pressure
As part of the Linda Vista Drive Crossing Project, crews will be replacing the water transmission main on E Linda Vista Drive, just north of N Paradise Road. This work will result in a temporary water pressure loss for some residents. Please note that water utilities will still work during this pressure loss. Residents in the highlighted area can expect their water pressure to be reduced on Thursday, May 9, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
This work is being completed to enhance water system reliability and upgrade stormwater infrastructure within the Spruce Wash Area.
Construction Impacts
In order for our crews to safely perform this work, E Linda Vista Drive, between N Paradise Road and N Adrianne Way, will be closed to all vehicular traffic. Pedestrian and bicyclist access will be maintained throughout construction. Motorists are asked to follow the marked signage/detour to get to their destination. This closure will be in effect from March 25, 2024 and continue for the utility portion of the Wedge Detention Basin Project into Spring 2025.
