Channel widening at North End of Paradise Road

The purpose of this project was to provide channel capacity at the pinch point at the cul-de-sac of Paradise, both to reduce flooding impacts as well as to protect the City's water infrastructure and the cul-de-sac for emergency access. Coconino County Flood Control District and the United States Forest Service made this project possible in partnership with the City of Flagstaff. Construction began in mid-September and was completed in mid-November.
